You are hyping Kokabiel to much. He is an Ant compared to others. Hell he is weak compred to all Leaders of the 3 Factions.

So Ise is actually weak? I mean Kokabiel is one of the weakest Enemys in Highschool DxD. Where are the Dragons? They are the most Powerful Race in Highschool DxD after all. Maria sounds boring, no Twist no badass Parent. Would be better if Maria was Marry the Virgin Marry and the Woman of the Apocalypse and the Lady of the Sun. Your Maria sounds really boring and all. Sorry your Story is great but the Power sclaling is a bit dumb. I mean u said Ise is stronger as Sirzechs and Kokabiel is an Ant compared to Sirzechs. Sirzechs is in the Top 10 and above Guys like Hades, Fenrir and Typhoon. So Ise should be on par or a little bit weaker than the Heavenly Emperor or Crom.

Please let his old Mentors be Shiva, Vishnu, Brahma andm aybe Enma. And some Gods like Set, Erebos and Aether. I mean Devil - Destruction and Darkness and Angel - Creation and Light

And give him some Backup like Shiva, Vishnu or Brahma and other strong Guys, please. Maybe Crom and Apophis could be Friends.
