thanks for writing as this, I've been looking for a good dudley redemption story for ages, and thus is the first one i actually liked a lotit's good that you didn't make then instant best friends. the awkwardness between them and both their characters are very believable.
if you decide to continue the story that'd be amazing

I like how Dudley wants to rekindle with Harry so much! Nice!

This is a very nice window into Dudley's life and the growth he was bound to have had after the Dementor incident. He isn't perfect, and it isn't like he and Harry will ever be best mates, but he genuinely wants to bridge the gap. As you said, a place to start. Well done.

I like this a lot. I'd love to see a continuation of it, see Harry and Dudley continue to connect and get to know each other. Great job with this though! :)
