Damn this fic seriously need more attention than what it gets. I love how detailed the plot was. It's amazing how you can create a story beyond what the original manga/anime tackles without making the characters goes OOC.

I remember reading this story in Ao3 and I didn’t exactly dislike nor did I particularly like it. But now that I’ve re read it again, I can say I actually liked the story. Sure there were parts where I was like “let’s just skip to the next chapter” but the story felt satisfying at the end. So kudos on you for writing this.

No words can express the greatness of this fic. The word just doesn’t exist. The closest word would be exceptional, but even that would be too small to describe this unparalleled masterpiece. I’ve read this fic many times, and I just can’t get tired of it.

uncomfortable truths will always be my favorite citrus fanfiction. its so shockingly realistic and mei undergoes a SERIOUSLY refreshing character development. its an incredibly emotional, angst filled story but its absolutely outstanding in every way with top notch story telling. there are comedic and heart warming moments as well heart wrenching ones that touch on difficult topics. kudos to the author for dedicating so much time into it and creating such a beautifully written story. 10/10 would recommend.

So i just stumbled upon this story and all i can say is wow AMAZING! This is by far my favorite citrus story. You are an incredible writer! I love this story so much i finished it in two days lol. I was completely hooked from the first chapter to the last and im so happy that you're continuing with their story. I loved all the characters but i mostly enjoyed the way you portrayed mei in this story. I love how even though she is a bit shy sometimes she still shows how much she loves yuzu. Also i enjoy her being dominant and initiating a lot of their teasing and playful moments. The love these two had was beautiful and i really enjoyed how real this story felt. It wasn't all rainbows they struggled a bit and fought but in the end it was all worth it. Thank you so much for this story honestly i had a great time reading it. You are the best :)

Imm in love with this fanfiction i was about to cry when I was close to the end. But this right here is the the bomb it was the best chapters/volume in my life don't let anybody tell you wrong because this was heartwarming embarrassing some crazy stuff happened a whole bunch of more emotions but I'm grateful for how much work you put into this because I think it was worth it. what i think didn't fit was the last chapter, chapter 34 it was a little off but the whole thing it was the best

Even I have no clue as to what part you “fucked up” this story was great from start to finish. It all made sense to me and I really hope you bring back the sequel! I was so excited to see that you created another story with a future timeline. Don’t let some bad apples tell you that the story isn’t good enough. A sequel can take a whole new turn, it’s your story after all. Keep up the good and I hope to see a sequel soon

I saw the sequel I didn’t think it was confusing. I thought it totally made sense. Also I’m not sure how the second half of this story is fucked up, tbh I loved this story from start to finish. Don’t get me wrong I have unfinished questions, but that doesn’t mean it’s not great.
