Oooh nice, I've been craving a MukuroxOC for quite a while now!

Yeah, honestly I think tyl Mukuro would be a flirt too. His actions in general and I feel like he would enjoy confusing/disturbing people like that.

One question though. Because Mukuro was experimented by scientists when he was younger, wouldn't he hate them with a burning passion, in general? Or has he somehow gotten over that?
