If Rias had an Identical Twin Sister that is far more intelligent, cunning and took advantage of what she had than the Twin would have likely been Ultimate Class by the time that Canon started. Rias had everything to make an extremely powerful peerage but was too lazy to take full advantage of their abilities as well as get them over their hangups. Kiba and Akeno had either stupid reasons for their grudges in Canon or wanting revenge on an inanimate object for what people did. |
