Ah man, I forgot to add: Your author's notes are also a joy to read hehe! It's great seeing your own analysis of canon op things — I've never noticed zoro's hovering hahaha. Also, I support that little Brook working for the Vinsmokes thing you've added for this story yea! I love all the twists and turns you add to your story in general tbh. They mesh so well and everything additional feels 100% in-character, potential canon, it feels like this is what one piece would have been written like had it been a novel instead of a manga!

I LOVE chapter 18! Ecstatic you updated! It really left me tense the whole time I was reading it, I couldn't guess what you were hinting at with zoro until he actually had that convo with nami, and boy did I not expect you to bring up thriller bark. Your writing is wonderful to read as always — beautiful imagery, seriously funny moments hahaha, moving scenes with emotions and all those complicated stuff man. You write awesomely, can't wait for more! This has probably GOT to be one of my favourite one piece stories! :-D

Shiiiiiit. What a chapter to catch up on, damn. I am... *so* pumped. I really enjoyed the whole thing with Zoro and how he knows what Sanji sounds like when he’s giving up, and it just gives them this unique connection, since no one else has seen Sanji that way.

I was smiling like an idiot for so much of this chapter. The “me too” was so adorable and cute. I’ve been waiting for Zoro to properly say “I love you” but at the same time I feel like there has to be a perfect moment for it, you know? And the way you’ve been writing Zoro is amazing, and he doesn’t really need to say it for Lucy to know he means it. It’s funny how he’s such a blunt character, but I also have trouble picturing him saying something like “I love you.” If you do manage to get him to say it, and say it right, one day then I shall tip my hat to you :P

Ooooooh my goodness that first scene. That first scene, oh my goodness, I loved it. Lucy and Zoro snuggling? Adorable. Loopy Lucy? Adorable as all hell. Zoro and Kyros’ conversation? Amazing. Zoro’s bluntness is just so perfect

The sake ceremony gets me every time. I love how upset Lucy/Luffy is about the whole thing, and the scowling. It’s sooooo adorable
