Wow that was unexpected! But I'm wondering if Kagome is even aware of the jewel being inside her? I mean it would make sense with her not knowing just like in the original material. And my heart almost broke reading that Koga was on the brink of tears! And agreeing with a previous reviewer, the thought process with Miroku was really well thought out, it had me stressing out with him ha! And yes, we get to see the first signs of Naraku. I'm ready to see how you'll make him out to be in this story. Great chapter! Thank you!

I love this story! Keep up the good work; it's well written and well paced. By the way, you might want to look at the Japanese lore about wolves... It's rather interesting.
