You got an interesting idea going on here. The only problem is that it's kinda hard to read. Either run it through a program to check for grammars, puncs, etc. or get a beta for it.

Naruto wouldn't laugh at seeing Powergirl and everyone else practically dying right in front of him. The deal of her freedom for everyone to be alive and saved is a bit iffy but can work.

At this point this story needs to be rewritten or just fix the chapters. That's only if you actually care to come back to this. If not then let someone adopt the story.

Okay 1) You have Batman's attitude all kinds of messed up. He doesn't just jump the gun like that with both Victor and Naruto. If he saw Victor was back to normal but missing body parts he wouldn't just land and immediately begin with wanting to take him to jail. He would have asked him questions about what happened to him first without confrontation. And then with Naruto he wouldn't just attack him because "he's dangerous".

2) The writing NEEDS work to be better understandable in areas

I love this so far i just hope it continues.

Really love the concept, just wished someone would continue it.
