You're seriously over using the word "nervously" in many cases it's not really the best word choice cautiously, tensley or guardedly show use the mood.

Naruto shouldt be able use Genjutsu he being an Uzumaki and he has Kurama in his body he has too much chakra to be able to use it. and Genjutsu had to have quite a bit of chakra control
