I feel as if you aren't coming back to this as it has been awhile since you updated.

Please promise things will get better for Izuku. Btw you need to add some fluff. While it makes sense that the world isnt going to be all sunshine and unicorns after someone is tortured You need to lighten the load so to speak.

Moving chapters! I can really empathize with every character’s reaction to the situation. They stick to the canon mannerisms and motives so well, the fic feels seamless with the show. I agree with a previous suggestion though, maybe a time skip in a chapter or two would help get the story moving again. After deku is physically well enough to start therapy sessions (which seems to be coming soon), I think a time skip would fit in nicely. With it, you could further develop the characters and plot. Maybe get us to a point where he’s eager to start trying to go out again and pushing himself? This would allow you to have him face the new challenges that come along with fighting his demons.

My goodness,,, it has been a while (I didn't realize just how long until I started looking through the reviews, and even then it took me a minute to realize that most were over a year old).

At this point I would say the story needs to progress (especially after such a long hiatus), Aizawa starting to take progressive action is a step in that direction. Uraraka, Iida and Todoroki recognizing that they will have to take a different approach is another (and there is no reason they can't proceed in parallel). And Inko could needs all the help she can get, even if it's something so simple as someone run to the store while she stays home with Izuku.

Wow. Just a fantastic story. Really hope to see more.
