I think the best part of this story is that it's easy to read. It's simple and very clean — the formatting indicates that passage of time very neatly and the length of sentences are mixed so I don't get bored. I honestly think this might be one of my favorite fics, just for the ease I had looking at it.

Other than that, I was a big fan of the characterization. I never pegged Sasuke for a nerd, but you make that portrait work. In fact, it's hard not to like Itachi or Sakura either. I think another strong point of this story is that it doesn't involve too many characters. It doesn't tangle itself endlessly with side characters, it's short and to the point.
