Reviews for Boundless
Fernando Langalu chapter 9 . 4/9
You know what's the best thing about this fanfic?

That in a sense, if you're willing to picture it, it makes every other White Rose fanfiction canon with this one. Every other White Rose fanfiction might actually be part of all these universes.
Guest chapter 9 . 11/28/2019
Easily the very best story I have ever read, hands down.

I thought meeting Yang and Blake was going to be more unnerving but glad to see things went alright
Ziirroh chapter 9 . 10/1/2019
This story is so friggin adorable! I saw the cover art for this on tumblr and decided to take a look-see over here and I’m so glad I did. All these wholesome tales of various ways Ruby and Weiss met are just so lovely. And then there’s the current universe version of themselves that are just precious and huge dorks. This was really well written and kept me reading nonstop just to find out if they truly reach another happily ever after.
Thank you for the story. I really enjoyed reading it :3.

I just binge read this entire story. It's so incredible. Thank you for this. I can only dream of writing this well someday.

Thank you, Miko.

I know you didn't write this for meheck, I probably didn't know you existed at the time you wrote thisbut Boundless feels so incredibly special to me and I feel honored to have been able to experience it. I'm actually tearing up right now—your words have been so beautiful.

I look forward to reading more of your amazing works in the future. I hope, so long as you continue to write, that you will enjoy the process of creation as much as I have enjoyed the fruits of your labor.

Cheers, love.

Oh my goodness! Every chapter is such a wild ride. This time you switched to Ruby's point of view, and the very language of the narration changed to match her personal lense. Not only that, but their relationship just rocketed forward as Ruby makes the bold decision to trust in the craziness of the day and hope that soulmates are real.

This is quickly becoming one of my most beloved stories of this lifetime. (Do I get more than one?) I only hope I don't lose sleep over my excitement to see this story through to its conclusion.

Cheers, love.

Ah! The cliffhanger! I'm enraptured by how you weave these smaller narratives in with the story at large, how each and every different version of our beloved heroines exposes another side to them.

It's such a fantastic meta exploration of fandom writing in generalbecause we are to believe that each character is a proper living person, they will always be full of surprises and be molded by their experiences. Even as I think of Ruby, Weiss, Blake, or Yang, I understand that they will always be slightly different people under different circumstances regardless of their canon selves. It is fascinating to see which facets of each person you key in on as being fundamentally them and which ones you allow to be malleable in each lifetime.

This story is fantastic, and I've let it derail all of my plans for the day (Mainly playing video games with my friend and enjoying a long weekend. Instead I am reading excellent fiction and enjoying a long weekend.)

Cheers, love. You are amazing.

I'm finding that I just can't put this story down. I don't have any particular comments about this one other than that it continues to be excellent, well thought-out, and inescapably endearing. Thank you for all of your hard work and wonderful creativity.

Cheers, love.

Dear Miko,

I'm back to reading already. I can't keep away—I'm so hooked. This chapter was so filled with warmth and affection. I'm in love with the stories within stories. I'm in love with Ruby's eagerness to hear more and more of them. I'm having so much fun right now. Writing all of this at once sounds like it was really hard for you, but I am so glad you persevered and came through with something so amazingly heartfelt at the end.

Cheers, love.

Wow. I'm running out of words—I spent the past several hours reading and now my brain is a bit mushy. But this chapter was such a refreshing change in an already refreshing story. The whole thing took place in the present! Weiss and Ruby just chatting together.

There was such a wonderful sense of tension when Ruby suddenly left the table and retreated into the restaurant, but then she came back with food and drink and everything kind of righted itself. And then in the process we got to learn a bit of backstory for each character! What an incredible journey this has been.

I need to take a break now, but there is every chance I will return to this story before the day is out.

Cheers, love.

Adeline Wrights Fanfiction chapter 3 . 7/5/2019
Ah, I hit submit before I was ready. I was going to say that such a world sounds almost too perfect—that something would have to go wrong before or after our protagonist finds their soulmate in order for the story to have conflict, knowing there would be a happy ending.

But the entire time, we know that Weiss is just waiting, biding her time, preparing for a grand adventure to find her true love. The sense of anticipation that filled every moment until Weiss laid eyes on Ruby was thrilling, and everything that followed felt like a grand reward for enduring the suspense.

I wonder what the next chapter will bring. Ruby seemed incredulous at the very end. Maybe this is all too much at one time?

I'm in awe of how different each of your tales are from the others, both within this story and in the broader sense of your catalogue of works.

Cheers, love. I haven't spent so much time reading in years.

This is incredible. The idea of a world where a compass guides you to your soulmate, where every person in the world is guaranteed to find someone perfect for them..
Adeline Wrights Fanfiction chapter 2 . 7/4/2019
This was so incredibly sweet and romantic. I love how you're maintaining the present even as the majority of this chapter takes place in Weiss's very first lifetime.

I love how Ruby interrupts on occasion but is somehow willing to listen and doesn't just blow up at a total stranger telling her how they had fallen in love the first time, or how Weiss realizes in every life thereafter that their destinies are intertwined.

I love how Weiss is willing to give Ruby space if she needs it, is carefully gauging her reactions so as not to overwhelm her, and is wholly dedicated to proving to Ruby that is and has always been her best partner ever.

Cheers, love.

Greetings, Miko! I've heard tell of you from Tumblr long ago but only started reading your works on AO3. I hope you won't mind me going back and reading, well... everything, gods willing. I spent a lot of time on the first line, as I often do, wondering how it will set the tone for the story to come. This one wa's but a comment on the weather.

The weather was mild and pleasant. So much of the chapter was mild and pleasant. And then Weiss started acting strangely, and in an instant I was hooked. Time travel? Amnesia? BETTERReincarnation!

Your attention to detail is incredible, Miko. Every passing thought and observation reveals that Weiss has played this song and dance for an eternity, and perhaps this time things will be easier than others. But what did it take to get Weiss to where she is now, at last reunited with Ruby? And to end the chapter with Ruby asking, "When was the first time we fell in love?" Aaaah, I can't wait to read more!

Cheers, love.
