This was a fabulous read - funny and engrossing all the way through. You combined Alex's sense of humor and his disenchantment with the intelligence world extremely well, especially in his interactions with Walker.

Fox... doesnt know what he signed up for in the least, does he?

Omg this is so freaking good! I love The dialogue and The sarcasm and Alex thoughts and Walker and their talk of Malagosto and that dark undertone that makes it a little too real. Would love to see more of this

Love the story. I am a fan of your "A Difference in Time" story and your style of writing. I like the idea of Alex meeting some of his old 'school mates' in the 'Bank'. The idea that Alex needs work experience is hilarious. And i love your take on SCORPIA. Personally i adore it when Alex is sympathetic with SCORPIA.

This is great! I love the Alex-Walker thing. It really makes sense Alex would give things that little nudge to give him a chance to escape. Yes, this is the kid who's saved the world a few times over but he was also blackmailed into service and that stuff matters. He's angry and bitter and knows the odds of getting out alive are bad at best, he hates torture, and he kind of liked things on Malagosto. Helping out a former classmate against MI6 is just the right level of lethal, petty spitefulness he might go for. I really liked the little hints of survival training, too.

I also really liked the dynamic with Fox. Yes, the guy saved him, they've worked together, but that doesn't change the fact that Fox is MI6 and Alex holds a grudge. BFF Alex and Ben are fun but that sort of relationship where Alex doesn't immediately forgive and forget is fantastic, too. He deserves a bit of payback.

Very interesting and nicely written! I liked the Walker part. You like to make Alex being friendly with SCORPIA assassins, don’t you?
