Eeeeee! This chapter was so incredibly sweet and heart-melting. I loved it! Though I really hope it's not (and as your announcement hints that its not) I would be OK if this was the end. It just seems like a perfect fit for the two of them. Excellent job!

They're adorable. Absolutely adorable. Obviously damaged and struggling, both there's a magic about them when they're together that makes me feel all warm an fuzzy and I love it.
Poor, poor Maggie...her situation is so sad but also somehow...relatable? Her insecurities about herself and her relationships...just brilliant.
And the dialogue! I've always been in awe of the easy dialogue between your characters in all your stories, but especially this one because it's...heavier, sort of? They talk about serious things and yet it still doesn't seem awkward. Honestly I don't know how you do it! Getting a story to flow the way you do is so amazing.
Looking forward to the next one and hope you're doing well, considering everything. If their date is in the next chapter I may explode from cuteness, so that'll be fun!

I am currently reading for the billionth time the Harry Potter series, and in an attempt of dwelling on the Potterverse a tad longer, I took a break in between books to look at the existing fanfictions centered around my all time love, Fred Weasley. That’s when I stumbled upon your work, and in less than 24 hours, I had read both Playing with Fire and Dedicate. And waow, am I blown away. You are an incredible writer, in so many ways I don’t even know how to express them all.

But how you do have a way with characters. You understand the original ones and write them in a way than never feels out of character, and every thing that is added to their story is spot on.

Both fanfics have versions of Fred that are equally believable, imperfect, wounded, hopeful, and yet so different from one another. And same goes for George. Their humour is also intact, wihout ever being too much. It’s a beautiful tribute to all characters you depict really.

And the original characters! Original characters are always tricky because they tend to start with tragic stories and relationships that make them martyrs, only so they can rise up to the task of being heroes later on. But not in your fictions. They all are equally strong and in pain, perfect and incredibly flawed, and honestly extremely real. I honestly feel like a lot of irl women can see themselves, or at least bits of themselves reflected in your three major OC. I can personally confess that Maggie hit close to home — so much that I’m actually gonna have to read it all again and take notes this time if I want to evolve too.

And there’s something else too, which I think is incredibly important and beautiful. Despite your fictions being romance, your female characters do not revolve solely around males. Their lives, worlds and conversations are broader than their romantic lives. And you can see that especially in their personal challenges, but also in the relationships they share. How incredible it feels to read about sisterhoods, to see secondary characters not being only support ones but have their own lives with everything it involves. And it’s beautiful, and heartbreaking to see all characters go through life the way we do, hurting, trying, succeeding, failing, learning...

Honestly, I think I could go on and on,
this is really nothing but a love letter to you and you work. You have an amazing eye and an equally amazing quill.
