Interesting take. The opening is kinda familiar but not quite the same as another canine changer version I’ve read...that one the trigger happens in the middle of a bathroom fight where Taylor pulls a kitchen knife and Hellhound was a lot nicer.

I don’t particularly care for “Taylor is forced to join the undersides because she misunderstands how the works works” fics. But it’s of good writing quality and plot is decent. Not my cup of tea but good work regardless

Hmmmm... a new way to intro her to the Undersiders without involving Lung. Her power should play off of Rachel's to a degree though, but I consider her hostility being because the others wanted Taylor to join over Rachel's objections. Plus, she is outside 'the pack' so to speak. I hope the heroes get screwed for Armsmaster's mistake and come to think of it, even in canon Taylor shared a common enemy in Shadow Stalker who has a personal hate on for Grue and her.

Wow, Armsmaster is being really scummy here, and it is definitely out of a pathetic amount of desperation. The situation of the PRT in this fic is also quite interesting and at least somewhat elaborated on as opposed to the general description of "they are outnumbered by villains".

I find Armsmaster's actions here especially appalling. What does he expect to happen if they actually DO capture her? I really cant see Taylor working with Sophia for any reason.
