Dumbledore need to learn it isn't right to declare such things and by doing what he did he just gave Charlus and The Potter Parents Big Heads. Plus he needs to learn to not tolerate bullying and promoting the foolishness of fame and fortune. Plus he needs to forbid gossip and punish those who do. And teach that lieing is wrong and will be punished. And those who believe such lies will also be punished. In fact in many stories legends and myths that the fae are incapable of lieing meaning they can only tell the truth. And considering that Wizards have oath bound magic All Witch and Wizards young and old alike should be forced to take an oath to only tell the truth or lose their magic. And that they are also to take an oath to never commit murder or they will lose their lives. And those in positions of Power are to take Oaths to always obey the law and never lie and take bribes. Along with know they are never pass laws that go contray to the Laws of the Creator And Heavenly Father of all which include taking away God Given Rights. And what include to make sure everyone is given an honest and fair trial using Veritaserum and pensive memories to the Court can see what really happened. And that no one is to give false witness to do so would result in loss of magic. And if a life is lost because of false witness then they lose their lives. Plus and order is to go out that all Dementors are to be destroyed. And that Azcaban Island Prison is to meet all human rights requirements for prisoners. Proper clothing All meals are to meet proper nutritional requirements. Their Heath care needs are to be met. guard are not to be abusive and degrading. And those who have actually been convicted by trial are to be sent to prison and those awaiting trial and who have been arrested are to placed in Ministry Jail/Holding cells. All Aurors are to be honest and never fame anyone for something they didn't commit to do otherwise will result in the loss of their magic and jobs along with prison time.

Okay. I debated just clicking off the story and not saying anything but that would be unfair to you. And if I did this I'd like someone to point it out to me. If you don't want to take my advice that's fine.

Your idea is good. Your writing is good. Your execution... Not so much. I think you could really go places with this story. But you've included way too many characters for you to handle without... grouping. By grouping I mean having characters just be there in the background. You see it a lot in Harry Potter fics to describe all the other students in Hogwarts. "The Ravenclaws, the hufflepuffs, the slytherins." Or you see it in the way the author just lists names of people in the story without it having any meeting besides that; a person without a face or personality. You see what I mean? You are doing the exact same thing with the Potter children. It's great that there's more than just two or three of them. That makes your story stand out. But 20 is so unreasonable from the viewer standpoint. You end up neglecting them and by the time you get to the middle of the story you have all these unused characters that are just... there.
