I love Weiss so much. Despite me not being a fan of every aspect of the story, I do feel like the last 3 chapters where very well written. How Weiss was one of the ones who stood up to defend Pyrrha at the cafeteria. It takes someone who's been in the pit of despair to raise someone else up suffering the same. It really is a beautiful idea to have Weiss be the one to save Pyrrha. Although I admit, I think Jaune wasn't very tactful in his conversation with Pyrrha especially since he doesn't know if Pyrrha's suffering a mental illness. She might have deserved it, but it isn't in Jaune's capacity of reasoning to pass judgement. You can reject someone kindly, even a psycopath

A lot of unnecesary angst and bitchiness in this fic. I don't like how you portray the subject of forgiveness, as being something that you should be slow and careful to give. If a person (like Weiss) is sorry, it does you no good to dwell on past harms, especially since you don't know what difficulties they are facing themselves. Yes, they might do it again, but that's okay; you can keep forgiving them. I was bullied in high school, and admittedly, I haven't seen those bullies again in years, but I'd be completely okay with even being friends with them if they're past that stage. Life just feels more free and enjoyable that way

One of the best I’ve ever read on this site for any fandom. Your characters were all fleshed out and realistic, even the minor ones. What I liked best was your writing style, and your weaving of larger poignant themes into the narrative. Honestly, the scenes with Torchwick and Cinder advising Jaune and Pyrrha were some of best, most thoughtful ones I’ve seen written in fanfiction. The whole “chasing the sun” metaphor was especially beautiful and cemented the idea for me that this fic is truly something special.

Absolutely wild ride, a fantastic story from start to finish. I really need binge read some Arkos after this though. On that note you’re Pyrrha is probably the best written, most interesting take on her character I’ve read on this site. I hope you do the sequel fic at some point.

I remember dropping this a while back when it was still about 13 chapters or so, for whatever weird reason, but damn it if you didn't make me regret doing so. I absolutely loved this. I literaly could not stop reading, it felt like my entire world revolved around what would happen next. I also can't believe how many times you made me cry, damn you. I even cried for Cardin. Cardin. You have a gift, and don't ever let anyone say otherwise. You ARE awesome.

Wow this was an incredible story I'm so glad I found it, the my hero stuff at the start was rough I would agree I would say the biggest problem with the story was the pacing it was kind of all over the place. I honestly forgot the third form of jaunes power by the time it came up the gap was kind of large there. I'd say this story could use a good editing to trim out some fat and probably rewrite the first prelim though keep that ending because it was spectacular.

this was by far the most awesome rwby story ive read! The whole Pyrrha as an antagonist thing was quite unique and you balanced out the action and the personal incredibly well. My favourite scene though was the Torchwick chasing the sun one. That was the best deus ex Torchwick ever. Thank you for sharing!
