This story is amazing! Mara is a really interesting character and I can completely relate to when she has little freak outs over historical things, something that I do myself as a history nerd. Having a character like Suroa is a really unique idea and I would love to learn more about her. The relationship between Mara and Shiro is really cute and I want to see where you go with it. Basically, what I’m saying is: please update! It would be really nice to read more of this story. I completely understand if you can’t for any reason, but it would be great if you could try. Oh you should have it where Shiro is the one to tell Keith about the bathroom incident, you do already have Mara's pov from it.

Hi again! It's been a while but I finally found the time to sit down and enjoy reading a chapter! (I'm slowly but surely making my way through it, and I plan to review every chapter. It's the least I can do as a reader, and reviews are the easiest way for me to fangirl on about the fics I like so it's a win-win lol)
This chapter was great, though! Especially the story of the Lion Goddess and her actually being Suroa. It makes a lot of sense and yet I didn't really expect it, but I loved getting to find out more about her! She's a very interesting character and I think most of that's because of the mystery of who she was, and I'm looking forward to see if there's like any flashbacks with her and the rest of the Original Paladins.
And I actually loved that you decided to give Mara her own separate scene at the end there! Looking forward to see how she's going to tell the others the information she learned about Suroa and what will unravel after. :)

Awesome chapter! I loved the Shiro x Mara moment. I see Shiro being more of a knight and a bit of a prince with Mara. I can't wait until their romance blossoms.

Great chapter as always. Mara is so freaking cute when she gets excited and in general.

This chapter had some really fantastic scenes!
First off, that panic attack was real like I was feeling really worried for Mara and just wanted to calm her down myself, poor thing! But I'm glad she's okay and hurray hurray, She didn't crash!
Second, the scene where she asked Allura to pilot the White Lion instead really got to me, too. Mara's insecurities, man, I relate so much. And all that stuff that Allura said warmed my heart omg their friendship is so pure I love them so much!
Then third, how Mara is slowly questioning what's up with Pidge lol How she was teasing "him" and how Pidge was getting annoyed/defensive, it was a nice light-hearted moment before it got emotional.
And lastly, the ending to this chapter and the last paragraph in particular- Uh, I did not think it would end this way? But it was such a nice surprise, especially how it flowed in a way where Mara was thinking about Keith, then Lance and Hunk and Pidge. But then it got to Shiro and I was like duuuuuuude yes I'm reading it and I'm feeling it and I'm loving it!

Another good chapter! I loved all the action that came with the training, plus we got a nice Shiro and Mara bonding moment! And we got to see a little into her past as well with why she decided to study archeology and anthropology which helped me connect with her character even more. Oh, and the fact that she had Shiro to teach her a few piloting things was cute af, I'm lowkey hoping there can be something there you know, but also I like the idea of Keith and Mara too? ? ? I don't know, I'll have to wait and see I guess. But overall, I'm really enjoying all the bonding between Mara and the team in general. Like that part where they entered the training deck and she gave Hunk and Lance a kinda mini lesson on the Colosseum!
And omg I totally forgot about the nosediving part of the episode and when Coran said that I was so worried for Mara- Honestly I still am cause the chapter ended before anything happened and boi I need to read the next one right now and see if my girl is okay! lol!
