Finally! Church meets Church! I can't wait to see to the fallout of the R&B realizing that the original Church is back! That Epsilon gets to meet his 'father'! That Master Chief will likely join up with them in the fight against the pirates, Charon, and later ONI. And I am SOOO looking forward to seeing what this 'superweapon' meant to kill the Chief is! Oooooohhh, man. Out of the frying pan and now falling towards the fire! And, as is usually the case with Church, things just go from bad to worse before slowly -possibly- sliding ass-backwards towards bad again. I LOVE THIS STORY!

Admittedly, I don't know much about Chief since I've never really played the games enough to get a good feel of his personality. So, that being the case, I have to ask: Is Master Chief ALWAYS such a 'by the book' kind of guy like this? It just doesn't seem likely to me that he'd be so willing to follow orders and protocol so completely.

Master Chief and Church are being tasked to track down the ship that was carrying the Reds and Blues and which crashed on Chorus...right?

Oh boy, something tells me she's looking at rows and rows of AI controlled Spartan quality suits of armor, fully decked out in the latest Human/Covenant/Forerunner blend of tech, like how the robots in I, Robot were lined up.

Dang, you've actually got me hooked on Church and Chiefs interaction, so much so that seeing only two chapters remain of this, and knowing I'm going to be left wanting more, is actually making me think about not reading the last chapter just to postpone the feeling a little longer and let my imagination fill in the blanks.

Wow, I'm only kinda-sort of interested in this story so far, as I am with pretty much all the Halo things after Halo 3, but that was easily best setup and use of that line in a literal fashion I've ever seen.

This is amazing! I would really like to see how Epsilon and Alpha react to seeing each other. And Wash's when he realises Alpha's still alive.
