Man, even with the warning, the casual brutality of this chapter surprised me. Those party members lost went almost entirely without fanfare, whuch is kind of unusual as far as stories go, but not so much as far as death actually works. I don't know if I can say I like this approach to character death, but I do appreciate it. Well done.
