Have the confidants seperate mostly for Lucina. Easier to make things more personal and developed 'usually' one on one. No problems with sharing teammates for links though, Lucina should get some of her own moments with them without Akira.
I don't think Lucina would end up having the same exact confidants as Akira does anyways. Like the "Judgement" one.

If Akira's confidants are the same as in canon the details about those don't need to be built up and detailed but, it should be if Akira makes a link with any new confidants like Lucina and James that should be be written with more detail I think.
The story I shared with you before maybe able help you think of a good way to handle it. Through Its own ways.

The spider-web idea sounds like a great fit tbh. It fits the theme of thieves, a bunch of strangers tied by the strings of fate. It'll be interesting to see how you'll pull it off. Keep up the good work my guy!

For Lucina's possible persona, will it be something to remind us of Fire Emblem? Or something else that would fit Lucina?
