If you’re looking for any kind of suggestion. Could the issue with one-for-all be that just like any other kind of exercise him pushing the quirk through his ink summons means that he’s actually losing resistance he gained when he channeled through himself. Like when you stop exercising for a month when you start back up you feel more sluggish than you’re used to.

A way to help this would probably be tattoos that allow him to do things as opposed to summons.
Like a ring shaped tattoo over his index finger, that would allow him to shoot a small piercing beam.
(I still remember the Freeza pose he made. and hope he does more of it)
Or tattoos on his ankles that look like springs that he could use to make a really big jump.

This actually makes me uncomfortable. Why would Inko yell at him for "Disappointing" and "Not raising him like that", when he just got back and is mentally unstable, and had tried to commit suicide.

Not only that, but Himiko straight up sexually harasses him, and it feels unnatural
