You already acknowledged that the end was a little weak, so I won’t say anything about that. The trials and such were fantastic for Lance! The descriptions he gave of his team are really on point with his character. He might’ve sacrificed himself to let the rest of the team leave if they had not been helping him regain his confidence, and I was genuinely worried about that part!

Reviewed before but so much more has been added. I think this is a fantastic story that brings development to an episode that I feel the creative team saw as a funny one-off. While the original episode was fun, you made it fun AND meaningful!

I absolutely adore this because I was so mad at the writers for getting away with calling Lance stupid.

There are plenty of Langst stories out there, but, this... Is right up there on the list!
I love how you portrayed the characters, and how they stayed in character. It felt natural. Kudos to you for getting so many different conversations to flow right.
And I like the ending! A serious ending would have had me bawling, and I prefer the laughs.
Now is usually when I give my favorite, so, um... Lance with little Hunk and Foxy!
