Thank you so much to both Jessica-X and Fruipit. This story captured my attention from the start and stole my heart in the end. You both created a tense and beautifully broken relationship between Anna and her unknowing mother. The relationship felt natural and their desire for each other (both physically and emotionally) was palpable. This was only amplified by Anna's solitary knowledge of her lineage and Elsa's struggles with identity; not to mention the tension built by the ever looming BTTF time paradox. Somehow you two put all of these things together into an enthralling, tangible romance between a disenfranchised daughter and a self-deprecating mother. Thank you for this outstanding addition to my Elsanna headcanon.

Lastly, your dedication, effort and brilliant articulation is aparant throughout the story. Not once was I pulled away from the narrative due to incomorehensiblity or an egregious grammatical/spelling error. The highest praise to both of you and a slice of forked chocolate cake to me.
Upstart Psycho chapter 12 . 12/29/2019
Ah yes. Post-nut clarity. The most effective sobering method.
Nerymon chapter 15 . 10/28/2019
So... recently i considered to merely dip a toe into to this water to check its temperature - and now i find myself at the end of Part 1, admitting that i had a great time joining this adventure so far!

Found a huge load of passion, humor and excitement within, coated in the nostalgia of one great Scifi-movie and told from the sight of the adorable Anna. (And yes yes, she could probably be an inch more resolute from time to time - but she still IS a teenage girl; Cant blame her for beeing that! :D)

Also had to smirk about the Authors Note regarding the timetravel issues. Perhaps it IS a fiction author that one day can actually pass the cliffs where Einstein, Hawking or so many other geniuses wrecked their ships. By carving out the Theory of Everything - maybe just for the reason to waterproof a time-travel story.

Untill then, im perfectly happy to get a fetching story, even if the timetravel logic within maybe a bit airy, every now and then.

So thank you very much for this fic - so far!
(And of course, for the courage of handing over your creations to us readers, too! ;D)
Alienzz chapter 15 . 10/20/2019
Another definite favourite.

Derah chapter 15 . 9/18/2019
Dear lord. Okay, I'm not very good at typing short reviews, aspergers, something about propensity towards verbosity. So making tweet-sized reviews is not my forte, therefore this is gonna be a long long LOOOOOOOOONG review, but I'll try to trim it as much as I can.

.GO...

I'll be quite blunt, this one blew me I was browsing through the elsanna fics on this site and saw this story and read its description, my first instinct was to back away, as I loathe crossover stories. They're just not my cup of tea. But BTTF is such a dear and treasured gem of my childhood and you managed to "sell" the story so well with that description, I decided to take a risk and just read the first chapter. I am SO glad I did. I was hooked from the very start.

Its almost scary just how well you managed to seamlessly integrate the frozen characters into BTTF while retaining most of their personalities, quirks, character tics, and everything that makes them what we know and love. But you somehow pulled it off. You also made quite an impressive first chapter. Even for the best stories I've read here, it usually takes me at least 5 chapters before I'm fully hooked into the story, before things pick up steam, even with the only other story of yours I've read (Bind us together lord. I'll review that one soon too)

But nope, not here, here I was automatically gripped from chapter 1. I am very impressed at how you managed to keep things familiar and close to the BTTF canon, while also spicing up the story with your own little alterations and aditions. That's a tricky balance to make when creating any adaptation you know? Make them close enough to the source material to draw audiences in, but also fresh enough that the story doesn't feel like a rehash. So many people often go too far in either direction making the adaptation too divorced from the source material (Like the Live Action version of "The Last Airbender" for example) or way too identical to the original story (Like the live action version of "Beauty&Beast")

Balancing out this aspect is a lot harder than people think and in my humble opinion, you NAILED IT here. I can't congratulate you enough on this part. I honestly felt like I was rewatching BTTF, but at the same time, watching something new and exciting where I didn't automatically know what was going to happen.

It helped that this mixed a bit of everything, the story had good humor, lots of romantic drama, a coming of age story, and a good sci-fi adventure all in one package.

Honestly the only complaint I have about it (and its more of a minor insignificant nitpick) is how short it was.

U_U

I was so engrossed with the story I basically devoured it in a couple of days, and was left wanting for more. Far FAR more. 80k words is (IMO of course) a bit on the short side. This one was about the size of a cupcake when I wanted a whole cake. I know that when the three parts are done, the total size of the story will be pretty substantial on itself, but well, this is a review of part 1. I'll do a review for the whole trilogy once we reach the last chapter of part 3. And that's pretty much the one negative thing I have to say about this. And I nitpick about everything! O_O So the fact that this is the one minor complaint I have on the story says quite a lot

And I must join the chorus of other reviewers here when I implore you not to abandon this project. I know your bio says "no promises, no expectations, no disappointments", but I can't emphasize enough how badly I wanna see how this ends. Seriously, you outdid yourself here, fantastic story, you should rightly be proud of it.

I finished reading this a couple of months ago, and it was pure agony waiting for part 2. Couldn't write a review for it because my PC was broken (and writing reviews this size on a phone bites) but now that part 2 is out, I re-read part 1 to refresh the story in my head before diving in the new stuff, so while its still fresh in my head, I had to put my thoughts in written form before they wander off again.

Final Verdict for part 1:

A solid and well earned 10/10 with my personal "would read again" seal of approval. You did good. You did very good indeed :)

Please release the next story for the love of god. I'm dying over here. This story was just... so amazing. Also I really want to see if Elsa remembers 'Tori' because I think that would really spice things up. Hopefully not damage the family further. Such an amazing story. I eagerly await the sequel. Please make it and please don't crush my dreams of a sequel only for there not to be.
APonyNamedLuna chapter 15 . 8/28/2019

Anonymous chapter 15 . 7/20/2019
Wow! I loved this story! I cant believe how good it was. I also can’t believe how much I want Anna and Elsa to be in a relationship in the future. I don’t know what you have planned, but I hope you write it soon and it involves more Anna/Elsa wrong goodness lol.
Guardsman2015 chapter 15 . 7/10/2019
