I can already see this one isn't going to be for me, as you've decided to go with the trope that Harry is some skinny midget compared to his super athletic father. He is not. They are about the same height and build. He actually does look almost exactly like James Potter. I don't know why you're going that direction, but including the lack of magic makes a deal breaker. So, admittedly the Frodo being gay felt a little like it came out of nowhere. The relationship doesn't take away from the story at all, it just felt really sudden. I didn't notice any real hint about it until the same chapter Glorfindel makes a move. That being said, the story is still good and very well written.
