I kind of created an OC Phenex once her name is Risa Phenex, for my creation she was the eldest child and first daughter of Lord and Lady Phenex. She's a master at Magical manipulation and Magical Theory, attempting to create modified Teleportation circles that allow one to teleport between dimensions.

I merely created her as a method of making my Naruto a Saiyan/human/Devil Hybrid. Risa's figure(something I'm not the greatest with making), are 36 DD, and 5 foot 8 inches, I've no clue on what the sexy waist line would be, maybe a 32 or a 30?
