Kensei should be more suspicious of Ichigo. Ichigo said it himself, it wasn't long since he arrived in Rukongai. So how come he already have a zanpakuto and knows how to use shunpo?
In canon, Kensei was one of the more skeptic member of the Vizards. He was a captain. He should be sharper than this! So why did he took Ichigo's situation at face value?

kinda annoyed that zangetsu is still the way it is, prefer it to be better

I love it but i hate this fake Guy name stealing Quincy Zangetsu whatever he how can Ichigo have a Zanpakto that isnt an element type when his father's Engetsu is a fire Zan and u get a new blade but without the shiny bells n his dead does that mean Zangetsu is more Shinigami Zanpakto rather than a crazy trigger happy hallow?all we saw throughout the series where hallow powers but never soulreaper powers,everyone had cool techniques but zangetsu had a getsuga that looked morelike a quincy arrow head than anythhing else

This is great so far but I hope you do not make it to dark, never liked the Bleach stories that turned in that direction. One of the reasons I hated the manga was the last arc was way to brutal.

Oh. Now that I think about it, I think we have something in common in our writing process - we always make sure there's at least one main event per chapter, there aren't any chapters that are just there to fill gaps. Maybe. At least that's what I deduce from your writing.

OMG we get to meet the Soul King here! As immaterial as he may be, I really like the appearance he gave himself... (in case that's not his actual appearance, or if he does have one) and I like his character a lot :O
