Ron was so badass! Slytherin have a new boss now!

Jeez, Mr 'Hates Ron', you've summed up all the bad traits of Ron. And I'm mentioning the BAD traits of Ron. You've totally ignored all the good traits, the countless sacrifices he makes for his friends and family every day (even when in immense pain), how hard he works to protect those close to him, the thougtful and kind things he does. He makes many stupid mistakes, but he has many truimphs as well, and he's holding up with intense bravery and willpower to some GODS. Do you think ANY of the other characters could do that, yet alone a 13-year-old? Managing to do so shows just how crazily amazing he can be, he even ripped off his FINGERNAILS to save a life at 10, can you seriously say a person who does that is a horrible bully at heart? Ron isn't a mary sue, perfect character. He's got humungous flaws, and if you don't like to see flawed and more realistic characters, go back to reading your hermione X harry mary sue harem fics at once.

Seriously, your lenses are tinted black. You'll only be able to see the bad parts of Ron with your mindset, please take a re-read of both Cannon Ron and Fate Ron so you don't go ahead with this hateful attitude.

You surprised me having Cedric save Ron! I was expecting the Entity to do something… or even Snape showing up.

This chapter is so heavy! It was heart-wrenching to read how Ron was feeling so alone and lost. You have a real talent for portraying the characters emotions, it gets me every time and I’m not easily moved.

I’m proud of Theo for staying true to his word and trying to keep the group united, he handled the situation way better than the others.

Molly also deserves praise, she’s heartbroken but still made sure to care for Ron. Arthur on the other hand was a disappointment… It’s good that he acknowledges he’s not been the best father for Ron and seeks help but asking Ron why he didn’t turn up like his siblings was plain cruel.

Daphne’s rection is understandable, I was expecting their break-up sooner or later… I just hope she doesn’t avoid Ron completely.

Now, I know Dumbledore and Snape are preparing for a war and that they can’t watch over Ron all the time but the way they behaved was very disappointing, I expected more from them…

The talk with Ravenclaw!Ron was very good, you humanized him with the background story. I hope from now on he actually helps Fate!Ron.

What a lot of fun to reread it again! I truly miss the happy first year...the third year is just too long and dark. Btw will I read something about the potion in the coming chapters? Maybe Ron can make some useful potions for him or his beloved to use them in case. There are some good ideas in other fics that Ron made potions like flash bombs or smoke bombs. It would be quite useful! And I hope Ron and Daphne can get together again! They are so sweet and I love the romance. Again, thank you for your great work! I can’t wait for the chapter121!

You can't say that a character is bad just because you don't like it, this Ron can be cruel and mean, but he is that way because he has developed into that, he isn't like that out of nowhere, and if u only say that about him, i don't think we have read the same story

Eámon here, listen I don’t like Ron’s character, I don’t hate him, I just don’t like him, but you can constructively criticize the work and say what you think should or could be done differently and use better language. I think Ron is flawed in this to be true, but he has good intentions, and he has many mental issues. While he lashes out and can be thick, he also loves his family and friends and will do what he can to help. Just try to not use such language or bash someone’s work like this. You can criticize in a kinder way, or else it could be taken to heart and damage the self esteem of the one writing it, so please keep that in mind. Spartan keep going and I apologize on behalf of someone who like Ron probably meant to do good, but went about it in the wrong way.

Don’t listen to the hater! Your work is amazing. I like the chapter in general though I am wincing a little at Arthur’s and Snape’s statements. To me, I understand where they are coming from bc it is a bit selfish to kill urself without thinking of others but it seems a tad harsh for somebody who just commited suicide! If you really hate Ron this much, why are you bothering this much. It’s fine too say you don’t like Ron’s character, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But saying unnecessary hurtful things that isn’t constructive for the writer is not okay. Especially since he’s putting a lot of time and effort showing:other people’s POVs, writing at least twenty thousand a chapter and he doesn’t show Mary Sues that don’t make sense or bashes characters without reason. Well you've managed to have Ron avoid being a whiny twat that loses his shit on his friends at the drop of the hat for a bit. So that means I already get to look forward to him being an idiot next chapter because no way do you manage to make it another chapter without making him do something retarded.

I have to commend you. Never before have I read a story where I so fervently hope the main protagonist gets killed off. To say it simple. He is a giant cunt far worse then even Rowlings depiction of the bad guys.

He acts like a flip flopping violant psycopath to all his friends and family and gets offended when they say oh hey, being a complete psycopath isn't cool. Yet then he plays the victim every single time someone says a harsh word to him. He is entitled, arrogant, psycopathic and 100% selfish. He constantly says things to himself of needing to do things to make allies and fight the war better.

Then to get what he wants in a gimme my shiny attitude completely ruins his relationship with each family member constantly as well as friends. Yeah the weasleys did a bad in making ultimatums... That they only made because Ron keeps trying to murder people and gnomes and refuses to even see 1% of anything wrong with it.

If he is making alliances...Which he tosses out the window whenever he gets his mujrderboner... Then socking Mclaggen... What does that give him. A pureblood with family members in the ministry a good target for winning over. And Ron drops all that because he is butthurt because the mean boy said bad things.

Sure survive Voldemort... Then lose your flipping shit anytime someone says boo at you. Yet go around and scream and lose your shit on all of them all the time and then go sulk and play the victim. He is so unlikeable I can't fathom how anyone reads this and does not hate him. Story is great, the 10 or so chapters so far at chapter 64 where he doesn't act like a self entitled bully.
