Did you pull inspiration for this chapter from the unused alternative version of Yamato's arrival on Iscandar? If I recall correctly, it had Starsha as a more ethereal personality who gave them the Cosmo DNA and sent them on their way immediately too.

Quite an assortment of ideas here. I'm so glad someone else is working with Desslok and Starsha too. I always love reading work about them, but haven't really been able to find a lot. Just read this after a long work day and two hours slaving over a timeline. It made my day.
