I have found the following canon facts either ignored by you or you were simply not aware of them:

- Ainz Ooal Gown is a heteromorph only race. There was no member among the 41 of them that had been a demihuman like a goblin, orc, minotaur or merman.

- Demihumans may had subraces, but were no heteromorphs. Unlike them, demihumans are not reported to have been targeted as there was still a penalty for PKing demihuman players.

- YGGDRASIL was running for 12 years, not 20.

- Orcs in Overlord are not the Tolkien type orcs, but rather humanoid pigs and therefore are most likely not counted to goblinoid races.

While it's refreshing to see a demihuman player of that race I personally lack the interest in this one as there is literally a metric ton of potential at least that could be more efficiently exploited if Woldchew would have been with a large party of goblinoid mercenary NPCs instead when he had no dungeon on his own. I do like the idea of yours to try to balance the Warmonger class, but personally you could have just said that the only monsters that get a buff were the same as the user, instead of completely forbidding him to use them as party members, especially since the mercenary NPCs are used by single players to form parties even when alone.
