Even if it‘s only one chapter so far I can say that I can‘t wait to read the next oneMeili seems like a good character and it already looks like a good background story too :D
Your story is well written so far and I like that you‘re not hurrying through the first chapter.
Will you write in other POV‘s as well or is that just for the first (few) chapters?
