Please continue this story I need to know what happens please!

I tried to give this story a try. I read it twice over and it still doesn't hit me. Your stories are good and your other characters are great, but Tori is just bland and I don't know what the problem is, but she's just there, but not really there. I don't know how to explain it. I like the prospect of her being a reformed villain but her current execution just seems lacking. Her chemistry with Diego is more along the lines of just sexual tension when there is hardly any tension to begin with. You just can't claim they do and then bam, M scenes. I read all the chapters and the execution is more like BAM BAM BAM. The chapters are just stuff happens and bam next chapter. It feels like they are lacking and no substance, like frosting on a cake. It makes the cake look pretty, but that's about it. Chapter 4 is an example of presenting the readers with here is a dilemma but without backstory. What warrants Diego a relationship with Tori? What did she do that makes him fall head over her? All you are giving us is, yes lots of M scenes, but nothing of substance between the two. There was nothing that progressed to that but for plot sake let's throw it in and keep throwing it in without any background to it hoping it sticks. Latest chapter, when does Tori's guilt play any role prior to the latest chapter? I certainly see nothing but the lastest chapter indicates it. There was no build up but this is a big scene because we are focusing on Ben and your interpretation of his death doesn't live up to the expectation that Season 2 hinted. This was supposed to be the event that made the members leave, the one event that caused the dominos leading to season 1 to fall into place but this just falls short. Every chapter feels like convenience sake without planning. Just more along the lines of what your muse just spews out and you running with it.

You are a talented writer, please don't mistaken this review as a flame or bashing your attempts for this fandom. I am simply critiquing what the story is lacking from a reader's POV and giving you an honest opinion. As an author, you deserve to know what the reader thinks and these are just my opinions.

OMG, I did not expect Tori to be present during Ben's death... and Allison didn't say anything? This is too juicy; can't wait till Diego finds out.

Great chapter! I liked seeing more of Tori and Diego's complicated relationship and Tori's past.

Tori is literally such a cinnamon roll deep down. Like she wanted to be a mum and Giulian just...ugh. Also yeah Diego needs to get his shit together!

Oh Tori :( it surprised me a little to see how deeply she wants children, but I suppose it makes sense considering her own dysfunctional upbringing and the fact that her mum wasn't really part of it. I can sort of understand where Giulian was coming from, but at the same time it must have been so hurtful for Tori to hear "I don't want a child in case they have abilities like you". I get she didn't love Giulian in the traditional sense, but it would have packed a punch.

The loss of Celine seems like it's going to be a big thing, bigger than it already is. Celine was Tori's best friend, the person she could talk to about anything despite her criminal status. We know that Giulian killed Celine and that led Tori to kill Giulian, but I wonder what led up to that?

Ah Diego and Tori. Their relationship remains complex. It's obvious that despite her thinking it'd be fun to mess around with an enemy, it's gotten old after a decade. She wants a relationship and if Diego can't give her that, it's gonna suck. I do think he has feelings for her, but knowing Diego, he just doesn't know how to express that.

Tori deserves better. She's not a villain playing victim, she's a victim playing villain. Or was but that kind of lifestyle stays with you. That's a very important distinction it's the difference between Loki and Bucky Barnes as The Winter Soldier, both who I love, both who are misunderstood, but one more inclined to cause misfortune and do nefarious deeds for selfish reasons.
