Also I must admit that I am enjoying this rewrite. The previous one was interesting but the first draft run of it showed. Alex was much happier than a DOOM Slayer should be. This version flows better and his character also feels more realistic. The pacing is well done imo, skips over the fluff while hinting at the fact that Alex is not Idle. Great Job! Thank you for the story and I cannot wait to see the next chapter!

Yay! Can't wait for more! I liked your previous version, but this one is super amazing too! I'm excited to see Alex meet all the main characters and to start the main story. I wonder how they'll all react to the Doom Slayer gore fest that happens in every battle he takes part in? I'm already sure he'll be besties with Wrex. Not so sure the others will like him so much.

Damn boi, the story is badass, we want more, much more, you should do more of these scenes where he is an utter unstopable killing machine, and the side of the slayer more, you know the silent killer side.
I hope the story will countinue fast ))))))

I will admit I was so hyped when I first found this story but already by chapter two I'm just exhausted with it..

There is nothing worse then these types of idealistic, self righteous and/or moral posturing Traits in a MC. It's made even worse by the fact that this guy is said to have the memories and experiences of Doomguy but still acts like a freaking shonen protagonist. Its exhausting and frustrating reading stories with these types of MCs.

Another thing is, Alexander Slayer? Really? This overused trope of characters not being good with coming up with names to excuse a..in my opinion..horrible name is just..ugh.

Oh boy, cant wait for the doomslayer to unleash his wrath. Hope this story is not dead.

I believe I mentioned in my first comment but wish to reiterate how much better the narrative structure and writing of this story is compared to the old one. Really well done.

I love the original concept of this story. I was sad but super excited to see a updated version of the story. I must compliment you on how much better it is written and the narrative in my opinion is. I can wait to see where this story goes. Please keep it going! Also hope our dear Miranda and Doomslayer still get their chance.
