I'm interested. Seems somewhat rushed but I'm curious where Naruto's headed.

from what i understand, it is not really a naruto story, but more a kyuubi in naruto body fic (since you said shinigami switched the souls putting naruto deep into subconscious for kyuubi's take the place).
If right, you should change the character tag, and remove naruto name.
