I have a problem with this chapter, how does Naruto lose to a B rank ninja when he beat a different B rank ninja a few chapters ago without taking many injuries?Even if Akira is stronger than the other ninja there is no way Naruto should have lost and it feels very forced which is weird because usually if a fight feels forced it is when Naruto is facing someone far stronger than him but he wins but instead you did the opposite. But besides that I really enjoyed this story, I have always liked the idea of Naruto inheriting his father’s intellect and skills (he literally gets nothing from his father besides his looks and desire to be hokage). I also really liked how you put him on a team with Shisui and Itachi, it was fun to see their interactions.

Very good story (chapters telling a story).
Like the sequence of the story (makes sense).
Plenty of action (but is missing some romance/sex).

I hope the relationship dynamic between Temari and Naruto will evolve as the story continues. It's not very exciting to see this kind of relationship anymore. A lot of fanfic writers go for the same old "I'm not very important and I can't do much of anything but at least I have this guy wrapped around my fingers. Now make me dinner hehehe" cliche and it stays that way for years if not permanently. I just don't care about that kind of couple. It's one dimensional and boring.

Perhaps you should develop something of a dating persona for the two. Everyone likes to impress the people they like so how does Temari do that? What will Naruto do to make himself look cool? What are they going to disagree over? And I really mean that, don't cop out and have all their issues settled shortly after they appear or be unimportant. You know... A real relationship with all that entails. Interesting dynamics, fights, teasing and flirting, etc.

It'll set your story apart from those only paying lip service to a romantic subplot.
