What I have to ask is this: How did he end up at the hot spring to begin with? Why was he suddenly unconscious at the beginning? Did he mistake one hot spring for another and saw Sakura, Hinata, and Ino? Give us a setting and reasoning behind things. It makes the story more enjoyable if things are explained to a small degree.
