A new gimmick per chapter doesn't make a plot. Just this chapter had waste 80% of worthless drivel and then just a small paragraph of a potential plot.

Could you please try to remember in your story that be Voldemort that escaped from the chamber was a 16-year-old kid? he is evil to be sure but it's like a child being told about what their future self did and then trying to duplicate it. I really think it could be an amazing part of the storyline.

Don't you find it nerve-racking that Harry was sorted to ravenclaw but doesn't have a single friends in 1st year ravenclaw while he's friends with griffendor. What was point of sorting Harry to ravenclaw.

Wonderful chapter again! I like how Ron and Harry interact. Usually when they stop being friends Ron gets really clingy or rude or whatever and just stays that way. I like how they aren’t friends, but they aren’t mean to each other.
