This story deserves to be continued, I love the way you are writing the characters, you're giving the characters a chance to shine, please keep it up. My favorite character has always been Ino and I was always annoyed how she was portrayed, Choji and Shikamaru are awesome, my heart goes to Choji he is so cute! and please give him those weights! :3

love it! the dynamic you are creating with team ten is so beautiful, who said team ten was just destined to capture and espionage and couldn't also be for front fighters.
The match of Ino and Sakuras was the one i would had love to see in the series, it was obvious the ino was holding back, and for the sake of the show, as one of the main characters, the only one that got acknowledge for her hard work was sakura, and that piss me off, i didn't like Sakura's character.
its nice to see someone writing ino in a new light, i love i cant wait to see where do you take team ten, specially ino (my favorite character).

I love where you are going with this, I can't wait to see what Ino and Shikamaru learn from Shisui and Itachi respectively. As the 'strongest' Uchiha in his time, Ino has a lot she can learn from him. I'm hoping she learns genjutsu skills from him because it would really expand her repertoire which is something that I think even canon-Ino does. She is very diverse in her skills in my opinion. And genjutsu with her mind-techniques could do some serious damage. Or if she were to instead get inspired by Izumi to do some medic training still, if she focused on the mind she could probably surpass Tsunade in healing mental damage because no one understands the mind better than a Yamanaka.

Also, I'm just curious, because in most fanfics where Ino trains more and beats Sakura, she almost always ends up matched against Gaara for the finals. Is there a particular reason you (and other authors) choose that?

Its awesome finally seeing some sort of character development in Ino. Can't wait to see how she and Shisui get along. As well as the training that she and Shikamaru have to go through. Would like to see more of Choji, but i suppose his time will come!
