Oh Harry! There is nothing quite like having what could have been rubbed in your face, but in this case I think he won't mind the pain. This made me teary, thanks for sharing.

That was absolutely spectacular. You write incredibly. I only got to the second section and you'd already got me; I was sobbing like a child the whole way through. I was really looking for some JamesLily feels today and you delivered on that perfectly, with just the right amount of angst thrown in.

The bit with his sister...oh my God. Did you have to do that to my heart? '"Well then...then it's your loss, isn't it?" She smiles and it trembles a little still. "It is," Harry agrees, more sincere than he thinks Rose had been aiming for.' It's just so bittersweet because we know that he was that close to having a happy ending.

And that past with James and Lily. Okay, it broke my heart clean in two. It's so gorgeously written. And the little details, like how Harry is overwhelmed to hear his mum worrying about him, or how he sees that his parents have gotten to grow old together are just lovely. Heartbreaking but gorgeous.

I don't have enough words to describe this beautiful story and do it justice but it really is amazing. Xx

Nice story, Harry meeting what he could have in another universe... it's almost too short

Harry, how do you know that you may be able to return to your home world? The spell that hit you may have sent you on a one way trip to where you are now, and even if there is a way to send you back... would you really want to?

This may be your chance to actually have/be with a family, Harry.. even if it is with _this world's_ version of you, his sister, and his parents. The point is.. You'll be with family at long last.
