| Right What Is Wrong chapter 1 . 11/7/2019 Meh, if Voldy wants Harry's heart, all he needs to do is strap on a long beard and start twittering on about the nebulous power of love and its myriad uses (including burning a man's face off). Harry will fall for THAT instantly. Jokes aside, this must have been a particularly sane Horcrux. What was this one? Tom's sex drive? Didn't like this one, probably because noncon is very much not my thing. As such, it was more a mediocre torture fic than a sensual and/or creepy fic. Part of it is that Harry never came off to me as the sort to be broken by physical pleasure so much as approval, so Voldemort would have been better off going all out on Dumbledore-style grooming (praising him extensively for his bravery in sacrificing himself for his friends, letting him in on 'secrets' only the two of them knew, etc.) over a period of weeks and only introducing the sex later. Nn. I guess I just prefer the sane!Tom/Harry fics more. |

| aceaquila chapter 1 . 7/4/2019 It -is- a long time isn't it? *grins maniacally* this ticked so many of my boxes, war-worn, self sacrificing Harry, possessive, manipulative Voldemort (being oddly tender), a Harry that has no idea what he's getting into but determined to protect people and a Voldemort who is just so fucking obsessed with Harry I wouldn't mind a continuation but I think you cut it perfectly, just enough to see where it would eventually lead but leaving the exact path for the reader to imagine very impressive thank you for sharing! |
