if Draco cant remember being imperioused on the truth serum, how can he remember while not on it. or the legal evidence that proves he was. that had no proof either way with it so it shouldn't have even been considered without it.

I assume that either you made a mistake in chapter 19, or you had Captain Talbot's memory altered as in chapter 19 Malfoy said "'AVA-'" but in the memory in this chapter (22), had Malfoy only say "A," a slight difference that would have changed the vote to potentially be guilty on attempting to fire a killing curse at an officer.

I prefer reading HP stories with secondary participants lately and Daphany has become very popular as of late. This is the first story I had read of yours and Im enjoying very much. Im not a litanary scholar just an old grampa that enjoys FF.

Right, full of a lot of the Oh well if they sleep with too many people, they are a whore and shouldn't be touched and probably full of diseases, and the Woman who show cleavage or have short skirts or wear "too much" makeup are kinda whores, but if they just show off enough well its nice.

Anyway if you don't care about all that its a nice enough story. But if constant slut shaming grates on your nerves like it does on mine, I'd avoid this.

I don't really understand how being bad at soccer in the U.S. would also mean that they would be bad at Quidditch. The reason that the United States Men's team doesn't do fantastic on the international scene is because for all the European countries the best athletes that the nation has to offer almost exclusively play soccer. While in the United States all the world class athletes play things like basketball, hockey, baseball, and above all others American football. If all of America's elite male athletes spent their lives training to play soccer they would be much like the Women's team and dominate every World Cup. However in Quidditch the Americans wouldn't have a problem with all the world class talents and such that would appear because there is only one wizard sport. This would mean that all the world class athletes that undoubtably live in the American wizarding world would only ever train in Quidditch thus giving them what would probably be the best team in the world.
