She was regularly bullied and even had to take the same punishment as her bullies when in the regiment. She has always been treated unfairly and their protection amounted to her being treated a little bit less unfairly.

I love this entire series real hard. Now I have feels for Larry albo. Like, you need to write one shots of Larry and Alex asap. I love them. Alexandra quick series is one of the best fanfiction I've read to be frank. See if you can publish it without copyright issues. Also, please post your next story man. I've been googling for alexandra quick and the wizard war real frequent now, hoping by some miracle you'd put out a chapter this soon.
