As always, I love you stories but most important I’m glad to hear you are safe. The coverage here in the states of the bushfires is daily and the devastation heartbreaking. Just caught up with the new chapters. Good work! Glad they finally worked everything out, even tough Gail had to be shot for it... I do hope that you'll seriously consider writing the sequel. I would love to read about Gail saving that little boy and maybe bringing him home/giving him a home? One can hope... thank you for sharing this story with us!

Enjoyed this story and as always your writing. it’s funny but the ending to me isn’t so much a cliffhanger but life going forward for them. this is how it will be one adventure after another. I would never tell you not to write a sequel but I am also satisfied with this ending.
