Wow!great so far! Harry is being super smooth/manipulative with fleur and getting the truth out, all while taking care of his enemies. I do feel sad for narcissa though, it always seemed to me that she was just a mother who was trying to do right to protect her child while being dragged around by the whims of her insane husban.:( hope she and malfoy get out of there and get into a better life. Keep the updates rolling:)!

You went full Danaerys with Harry. He's normal one second, and with a stroll through Diagon Alley he turned into a psychopathic rapist. You do you, I guess...

That's about a million steps beyond being selfish and 'not giving a fuck' anymore, and would be enough for me to drop the story anyway - I can't get behind such protagonists - but in the scope of your own story, you went from zero to 'Ted Bundy' and skipped everything in between.

You didn't earn this Harry. It feels like you had an idea of what you wanted Harry to do and be like, and you just went there with no build-up.

I also found it odd that you had Penelope write such an inflammatory article under her real name... she'd be dead in about three seconds given the contents, and nobody seemed to mention her. Weird. It would also be rather easy to backtrack the owls delivering the papers and torching/killing everyone involved with printing them.

Not well thought out.

I have no problem with the death of the Dursleys, they deserve a worse death for treating a child like a slave.
However, I have some doubts in the relationship between Harry and Fleur, in the previous chapters I had understood that he had limited himself to using some magical assistance to be noticed by Fleur ...
I sincerely hope you limit yourself to just a little magical assistance, because otherwise it would be rape.
Personally, I don't see any problems with a bit of magical assistance, after all people normally use perfumes, jewelry and better clothing to get noticed. As long as he doesn't use something that completely removes Fleur's free will (like love potions) I agree with this strategy to win Fleur's heart.

Harry should go somewhere muggle and use Morsmordre, get everyone pissed at Voldemort for exposing or nearly exposing magic.

Cool story. I really like your darkish Harry approach. Keep up the good work.
