This chapter was well worth the wait! Bella seems to thoroughly enjoy her newborn abilities, but seriously struggling with some of her actions and desires. hopefully Jasper is feeling like shit! how can he expect Bella as a newborn baby vamp to be behave like a seasoned vamp, with no control over her powers or knowledge of how to fight as a vamp!? shame on him, there was nothing she could do.. other than what she did, at least she did something saved saved all their asses.. he should of taken Victoria when Bella offered her up to him for torture, instead of cowering because of the vice Victoria had him in.. is Jasper not the God of War, the Major needs to make his presence knowfelt, put Jasper in a time outwhoop some common sense into Jasper for how he treated Bella Jasper should of really known better with all his experience with newborns in the southern vamp wars.. if anything he should be damn proud of her being able to save Jacob, kill Laurent, fight Jacob as a wolf, fight off the wolfpack, get the pack to help rescue them, come up with some form of a plan, save Alice, save her mate, save all of them.. but no he whines, bitches, moans, poutsscrews up his face.. as I said he needs a time out the Major needs step forward and comfort his little sister Bella.. The family has a lot to unpack from this confrontation. It went as well as it could, considering Bella is a newborn and Jake is newly shifted. I am worried for Jacob’s well being. Jasper needs to get over himself. The general consensus of the family is in favor of Bella staying with them. But then Bella has needs - to hunt, And needs LEMONS! With the build of emotions from the potentially deadly situation I am surprised that they were able to slow down and appreciate each other. Peter may be an experienced vampire, but he has no experience with a true mate. But then again, he knows he requires no recovery period! Well done! Thanks for updating. Peter was very protective of Bella during that whole group discussion. Jasper was kind of an a-hole with Bella. I think he will have crap to deal with from Alice about that though.
