Squee! This is SOOO fluffy and sweet my teeth hurt but I love it.

A couple of minor tensor mistakes but easily overlooked in favor of this squeezably warm and delightful story.

It was time that you finally stop recycling the same trope that you've been writing.

Harry has been turned into a satirical comics character and so was Hermione. His self-criminalisation to even have some thoughts about Hermione is beyond belief. His reasons of no pursuing her were lacking out logic. Here is satirical dialogue between these two that illustrates my point:

"How long have you had feelings for me Harry?", asked Hermione.

"Well...I've liked you since third year", he said nervously.

"Why didn't you tell me?", she was no longer smiling.

"Mione. I ignored my feelings for you because I wanted to keep you safe. If Voldemort and his Death-eaters had known how much you mean to me, you'd had been in danger and I...", he didn't finish his sentence when Hermione slapped him hard.

"Keep me safe, Harry?! Did you think about this nonsense when you ran after Cho and Ginny? Did you date them to protect them? Of course not! I was already a bloody target for being a Muggle-born! How did your protection work when I was tortured by Bellatrix?! What about my parents?! I've like you for ages, Harry but now it's too late! You can put your bloody safety caution where I think. I'd rather die like a lonely cat lady... It's for my protection after all, right!"

Hermione walked away and slammed the door behind her.

However, he's not the only one at fault. If Hermione fancies him, why does she almost never make the first move?

It's good thing that you didn't make him waste a decade to act on his feelings. I'm looking forward to their happy moment during the ball. No more Krumcake drama.
