This story was so lovely to read. The ending was what really got me though. My grandpa had a dog who passed away a few years ago who I loved a lot, and it was kind of painful for me when I read about Makkachin's tiredness. This story was so warm and heartfelt though, especially with Makkachin comforting Viktor through the years, even up until the very end. Thank you for writing such a fic, and I hope to see more.
