Hey man its been a while are you gonna update this story or are you gonna drop it because this is one of my favorite MHA/Ben 10 crossovers this and Tutors of the Academia by Shinobi360. Because you two are the only ones that have the actual Ben 10 interact with the MHA characters the other stories are just Midoriya getting the omnitrix and I'm not saying that its bad but its just not the kind of story I'm looking for. I hope you update soon. Also I think Vilgax and All Might are gonna have a stalemate but knowing Vilgax he's probably gonna pull a few dirty tricks up his non-existing sleeves.

The first thing, you have very good ideas, in fact, you not only focus on the action that is something important, of course, but on future relationships, whether it is the future love relationship of Ben and Momo and the relationship of mother and son that Ben and Nemuri will have. They are important in the plot, this story has enormous potential and I want you to know that it is great that you share your ideas with us. I look forward to future updates with high expectations.

Great story so far. It’s funny though. There were times when Ben would love making money or becoming famous as a hero, especially when he actually DOES become famous.
As for his cover story, he could’ve just told the truth about finding the Omnitrix and left its origins a mystery. After all, the cover story of people wanting him because of his ‘unique quirk’, makes it pretty much impossible for him to become a hero, since the heroes would do everything they can to keep his ‘quirk’ a secret, and using it as a hero would make that impossible. Also, why not just keep his hero name as Ben 10 since he’s used to it?
And finally, why are Ben’s parents dead in this story? They(or at least his mom) are/is alive in Omniverse.

You have very original ideas, I am pleased that it is not a "harem" sea and Midnight as a surrogate mother can be very interesting. I want to see the interactions with the other characters, as well as future threats.
We look forward to how the next chapter develops.

Not that I disagree with Midnight being Ben's Surrogate Mother but I think there are others that can fit the bill as well as Nemuri, first is Ryuko Tatsuma aka Ryukyu, calm, collected and a freaking DRAGONESS, now that one mother you don't want to mess with especially if one of her hatchlings are being threatened, second candidate is Rumi Usagiyama aka Mirko, she is brutally honest, no nonsense attitude and willingness to do what needs to done, she will probably the one to honestly voice out her opinion to Ben and will help him grow more than he already has, like I said I'm not disagreeing with your choice but I like to voice out my opinion and let ya see that there others out in BNHA that fills the role, and I do like what you plan for Nemuri.

Also there is another alien that needs to be discussed if Decay will work or not and that is CLOCKWORK. Clockwork while seems to be made of a armor and segment of clock piece and of Tomura's Quirk of Decay were to touch him, will his power be able to rewind time? Which would be much faster the speed of Decay or Clockwork's time? Interesting, very very interesting, but that's not all, How would Clockwork fair against Eri's Quirk, both are based around time so that question becomes who can bend time faster and stronger?.

Your probably like almost done with the next chap, but I think if Ben came here to make strong allies, this should take place after the stain ark, if not, maybe even after the kidnapping part. I just feel like they aren't knoedgeable enough at the beginning of ua, like they don't have enough experience to handle Ben. I get that alot of people want to show off their characters in the usj invasion and in the sports festival that they sometimes don't get that their character can learn more from hearing other people's struggles and wisdom, and there isn't anything to hear if their character just jumps in and ruins the character development of other characters...

It's like if Ben helped fight stain, they would beat him easily therefore they wouldn't learn anything from it except lida. So in the future they would rely on Ben.
