The writing is good, though you might want to make a harder/more visible transition by using a symbol like Couer's /-/ and have jaune reorient himself everytime he goes between worlds so that the reader can follow along a bit better.

Up, down, left, right, reverse, what the wut is going on? So he is transporting from different times periodically? How does anyone function like that not to mention others? So he faced Salem but was it future salem or present one where she is unknown of the gods trolling another person.

I doubt he could accomplish anything with the way things go. I'm not saying it's bad if its strictly humor but it's all over the place in more then one way.
