And of those eight, only three of them don't either kill her off immediately, kill her off after a chapter, or give her two or three lines before she stops mattering.

I can see Alstolfo getting the kota treatment that Izuku got in cannon which would be interesting to see how he reacts to it. The bath sean will be inlietening for all present if Alstolfo joins. RWBY animation improves after volume 3 if you want to give it a try.
